NEW DELHI: At least 25 people were killed and several injured when a fire broke out at nightclub in Istanbul, Reuters reported.
According to justice minister Yilmaz Tunc, five people—including club managers and a person in charge of the renovations—were taken into custody by the authorities to be questioned.
The nightclub was closed for repairs and stood on the ground floor of a 16-story residential building.
