Actress Sana Maqbul was crowned the winner of the third season of the controversial reality show ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ during a star-studded grand finale held late Friday evening. She walked away with the trophy and a substantial prize of over Rs 25 lakh. After spending more than a month in the challenging environment of the house, Sana held a strong position among the top contenders, which included Ranvir Shorey, Kritika Malik, Sai Ketan Rao, and Naezy.After the grand finale. The actress joined ETimes TV for an exclusive conversation wherein she spoke about her journey and how she plans to use the prize money.
Speaking about the journey, Sana Makbul shared, “Yes, I strongly stood by my points always. I was very strong and very fierce. Main apni cheezon par datti rahi, whatever I’ve said on the show I own up to it. I never tried to run away from the things I’ve said. Logon ne Mujhe bahut patthar maare, bahut cheezein boli but I just ignored them. For me the journey was tough but Ek Naari sab par bhaari thi…”
The actress plans to use the prize money for her mother. She shared in the interview that she wants to give the money to her mom, “I want to do a lot of things with the prize money but the most important thing is that I want to utilise the money for my mother. Ek beti humesha chahegi ki Woh apni family ko settle kare. I want to settle my mother in life first because I will leave my house and go after my wedding, Maine toh Kal Shaadi karke chale jaana hai. I want my mother to live a secure and happy life. I will give the money to my mother.”
While Sana emerged as the winner, her close friend, rapper Naezy, was declared the first runner-up, and Bollywood actor Ranvir Shorey secured the position of second runner-up.
The grand finale was graced by the presence of Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, who attended to promote their upcoming film “Stree 2.” Additionally, Ayaan Agnihotri and Payal Dev appeared on the show’s ultimate day to promote their latest song, “Party Fever.” The third installment of Bigg Boss OTT was hosted by Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor.
