Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an expansion of its partnership with Google Cloud to launch two new AI-powered cybersecurity solutions aimed at strengthening enterprise cyber resilience.
The new offerings include TCS Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and TCS Secure Cloud Foundation. Both solutions leverage Google Cloud’s security capabilities and TCS’s industry expertise to help businesses combat advanced threats and secure cloud environments.
The TCS MDR solution, powered by the Google Security Operations platform, enables security teams to detect and respond to threats more quickly. It provides continuous security monitoring and round-the-clock response capabilities.
Meanwhile, TCS Secure Cloud Foundation implements Google Cloud security solutions to enhance cloud security posture and governance across single, multi, and hybrid cloud environments. It embeds security and compliance guardrails throughout the DevSecOps lifecycle using AI, machine learning, and automation.
“This partnership brings together the best of capabilities, contextual knowledge, and accelerators from TCS and Google Cloud to holistically protect the digital estates of enterprise customers,” said Ganesa Subramanian, VP and Global Head of TCS’s Cybersecurity Business Group.
TCS has already successfully deployed both solutions for several clients. For example, the Secure Cloud Foundation solution helped a global bank in Germany automate the identification and deployment of over 800 security policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
The expanded partnership builds on a decade-long collaboration between TCS and Google Cloud. It will now focus on leveraging Google Cloud’s AI-powered security portfolio across threat intelligence, security operations, and cloud security.
Peter Bailey, VP and GM of Security Operations at Google Cloud, said the integration enables dramatic improvements in organisations’ security posture and real-time threat response capabilities.
