NEW DELHI: Delhi high court on Thursday refused to restrain authorities from evicting TMC leader and former MP Mahua Moitra from her government bungalow on cancellation of allotment following her expulsion.
Justice Girish Kathpalia noted that Mahua was allotted the accommodation due to her being an MP but she has been expelled from Parliament and Supreme Court didn’t stay the expulsion.
