NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal to skip Enforcement Directorate summons in a case of alleged money laundering related to the excise case for which the party is being investigated.
Kejriwal has reportedly sent a written reply to the probe agency calling the notice illegal.
“The Delhi CM is ready to cooperate with ED, but notice sent with intention to arrest him, prevent him from election campaigning,” news agency PTI quotes AAP sources.
This was the third ED notice to Kejriwal after he refused to appear before the probe agency on November 2 and December 21.
