Guest have begun to arrive for former Nationals leader Barnaby Joyce’s “bush bash” wedding to former staffer Vikki Campion.
Mr Joyce, 56, will marry Ms Campion, 38, at his family estate in Walcha, northeast NSW, more than five years after their relationship was exposed.
Mr Joyce resigned as deputy prime minister and Nationals leader as a result, with the two since welcoming sons, Sebastian and Thomas.
It is unclear whether Mr Joyce’s four daughters to ex-wife Natalie Abberfield – Julia, Caroline, Odette, and Bridgette – will be attending.
Julia Joyce last month responded to her father’s outback wedding in an Instagram video in which she donned a vintage wedding dress.
“Getting ready to crash my dad’s wedding I didn’t get invited to … in my Mum’s wedding dress,” she wrote in the video on her story.
It is understood guests were encouraged to arrive in 4×4 vehicles and that Ms Campion’s father, Peter, would be giving her away.
Mr Joyce made headlines last year when he proposed to Ms Campion, a journalist, having left his wife of more than 25 years.
