Bigg Boss OTT winner and popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav is once again in the news, but this time for unfortunate reasons. The Noida Police recently arrested Elvish Yadav in connection with a snake poisoning case. The case dates back to last year (2023) when Noida Police registered an FIR in Sector 39. Today, Elvish Yadav was called in for questioning, following which he was taken into custody. He is expected to be presented in court shortly.
DCP Noida Vidya Sagar Mishra said, “Noida Police arrests YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav. He will be presented in the Court today.”

For those who may not be aware, an FIR was lodged against YouTuber Elvish Yadav last year, following allegations made by Maneka Gandhi, a former politician and animal rights activist. Gandhi accused the social media influencer of supplying snake venom to rave parties in Noida. However, when news of the rave party surfaced in the media, Elvish Yadav swiftly responded by releasing his own video segment, denying any involvement in such activities.

He expressed, “Maine subah utha aur dekha kaise kaise news phail rahi hai mere khilaaf media mein. Jitne arop mere upar lage hai sab bebuniyad hai, fake hai aur ek percent bhi mein sachhai hai nehi hai (sic).” (I woke up in the morning and saw all kinds of news spreading against me in the media. All the allegations against me are baseless, fake, and not even one percent true). Elvish went on to challenge Maneka Gandhi and informed her that he would file a defamation case against Maneka.

Elvish Yadav has been embroiled in controversies in the past as well. He made headlines recently for getting into a physical altercation with YouTuber Maxtern aka Sagar Shukla. Additionally, Elvish was involved in incidents where he slapped strangers, including one incident at a restaurant and another while visiting Vaishno Devi.
