Hyundai India has been actively testing the facelifted Creta in different parts of the country lately. Recently, new spy shots of the much-anticipated SUV have emerged from Faridabad, Haryana, revealing more details about its design. The South Korean manufacturer is expected to launch the Creta facelift in early 2024.
Hyundai Creta Facelift Exterior
While the test mule was heavily camouflaged, it does reveal a handful of exteriordetails this updated model is set to receive.As seen in the spy shots, the Indian-spec 2024 Creta will undergo considerable but not radical design changes. We can also see that the front fascia has been updated with a new grille design and a revised bumper. Earlier spy shots also revealed that it will feature updated, splitted vertical headlights and Exter-esque H-shaped LED DRLs. The new Creta will also sport an updated tail lamp setup.
Overall, the silhouette looks similar and the SUV continues to sport a muscular stance. On the rear side, it is expected to get a new tailgate.
Hyundai Creta Facelift Interior and Features
Speaking of the interior, the Creta facelift is set for minimal upgrades. The cabin is expected to undergo a handful of changes to the upholstery and will feature a reworked interior theme. However, the most significant upgrade will be the ADAS-suite and a 360-degree camera like its sibling, Kia Seltos.

Hyundai Creta Facelift Engine
Under the hood, we can finally expect the model to get the familiar 160 hp, 1.5-litre NA turbo-petrol engine that also does its duty on Kia Seltos, Hyundai Alcazar, and more. Transmission options are likely to include 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and a manual gearbox.
Other engine options include the 115 hp, 1.5-litre NA petrol engine and a 115 hp, 1.5-litre diesel mill.
