A former Married At First Sight star will go to trial to fight a serious drug trafficking allegation.
Sebastian Guilhaus, who starred on the seventh season of the popular Channel 9 dating show, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in a commercial quantity of a controlled drug in South Australia’s District Court on Friday.
Standing in the dock before Judge Paul Muscat, Mr Guilhaus said “not guilty” in a quiet voice after the charge was read out to him.
The allegations stem from a police raid on Mr Guilhaus’ Croydon home in July last year, during which officers allegedly seized about 1kg of meth with a street value of about $90,000.
The 2020 season listed him as a “personal trainer” and his profile labelled him as “eccentric and goofy”.
“His eccentric goofy nature is in contrast to the way he looks – 6’6” with an athletic chiselled physique – and he fears that while women like his appearance, they might not accept what’s on the inside,” the profile states.
He paired up with bride Lizzie Sobinoff, but the couple split in 2021.
After his stint on MAFS, Mr Guilhaus turned to OnlyFans content creation.
The gym-fit star declined to make any comment after leaving the court.
Judge Muscat listed October 13, 2025, for the trial.
