Moving inside, the XUV 400 Pro gets a re-designed centre console with grey and black upholstery complemented by satin copper accents. The EV now gets a flat-bottom steering wheel with copper stitching and a piano black finish, the EV now gets a bigger 10.25-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple Car Play/Android Auto, AdrenoX-connected car tech, Alexa and much more. It also gets a fully digital 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster which displays navigation, EV-specific data and much more.
Talking about other features, it gets AdrenoX-connected car tech, dual-zone climate control, wireless charging, rear AC vents, cruise control, single-pane sunroof, TPMS, rear camera, auto-dimming IRVMs, front fog lamps, auto headlamps, auto wipers and much more. In terms of safety, the EV gets 6 airbags, all-four disc brakes, ISOFIX mounts, traction control, ESP and more. The EV also gets three driving modes – Fun, Fast and Furious and it also gets L-mode for single-pedal drive technology.
Talking about the battery pack and powertrain, the EC Pro will be offered with a 34.5 kWh battery pack whereas the EL Pro gets two options – a 34.5 kWh and 39.4 kWh. Both variants come paired with a single electric motor which puts out 150 hp of power and 310 Nm of torque. Mahindra claims the EV can sprint from 0-100 kph in 8.3 seconds and has a top speed of 150 kph. The 34.5 kWh battery pack has a range of 375 Km and the bigger 39.4 kWh gets 456 Km (both claimed, as per MIDC). The EC Pro will get a 3.7 kW AC charger and the EL gets 7.2 kW AC charger as standard.
