MUMBAI: During arguments on Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal‘s interim bail plea before a special PMLA court on Friday, lawyers for the 74-year-old submitted that JJ Hospital medical board confirmed that he has malignancy and the proposed treatment was unavailable in jail.
After hearing arguments from both sides on Friday, special PMLA court judge MG Deshpande reserved the order.The matter will come up for hearing on Feb 27. Last week, Goyal had sought the relief, citing recent diagnosis of “malignancy” in his intestines and other health issues.
