MAHARAJGANJ(UP): A 28-year-old man was beaten with sticks by three individuals in Uttar Pradesh‘s Maharajganj, police said on Monday.
The incident occurred on Sunday night when Salman, a resident of Narayanpur village under the Ghughuli police station, was attacked outside Ballo village, according to ASP Atish Kumar Singh.
Salman had collided with a cyclist named Vishram while riding his motorcycle.Subsequently, Vishram summoned his two sons from Ballo village, and together they assaulted Salman with sticks, resulting in his death, stated the ASP. All three suspects have been arrested by the police.
The authorities have taken custody of the body and sent it for postmortem examination, added the ASP.
