NEW DELHI: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has unveiled their new jersey ahead of the highly anticipated Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season, showcasing a sleek and vibrant design that reflects the team’s spirit.
The Hyderabad-based franchise took to their official social media accounts to reveal the fresh kit, with pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar modeling the attire.
“Fire kit. Fire player. All set for a fiery #IPL2024,” Sunrisers Hyderabad wrote on their social media platform, encapsulating the anticipation surrounding the upcoming season.

In a strategic move, the Kavya Maran-owned franchise announced the appointment of former New Zealand spinner Daniel Vettori as the team’s head coach for IPL 2024, signaling a shift in leadership dynamics.

Ahead of the IPL 2024 auction, SRH made notable squad adjustments, releasing players like Harry Brook, Kartik Tyagi, Adil Rashid, Akeal Hossein, and Samarth Vyas.
The franchise also engaged in trading, swapping Mayank Dagar to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in exchange for Shahbaz Ahmed.

During the IPL 2024 auction, SRH demonstrated their intent by securing key players through strategic bids.
Notable acquisitions include Cummins for a whopping Rs. 20.50 crore, Travis Head for Rs. 6.8 crore, Jaydev Unadkat for Rs. 1.6 crore, Wanindu Hasaranga for Rs. 1.5 crore, Akash Singh, and Jhathavedh Subramanyan for Rs. 20 lakhs each.
