Some Australian Taylor Swift fans are willing to fork out extra cash to secure last minute tickets to the singer’s sold out Sydney and Melbourne shows.

A fresh batch of tickets to the highly anticipated Eras Tour will become available on Friday November 10 after a record-breaking number of Australians attempted to buy tickets earlier this year.

With more than a million people clambering for tickets when they were previously released, it’s expected hundreds of thousands of desperate fans will be again trying to secure their chance to see Swift live in concert.

Some are willing to go beyond waiting in front of their computer screen for hours and are looking to hire people to help them purchase the tickets.

Several listings have popped up on Airtasker from Sydneysiders and Melburnians who are looking to boost their chances, with most willing to fork out around $50 for an extra person to attempt to secure the tickets.

One fan is offering to pay out a bigger sum for “as many airtaskers as possible” to come to his office in Sydney’s CBD to purchase the tickets.

Colin offered $100 to each person who takes up the challenge, with six people already offering their services via the online platform, meaning before he even has a ticket, he’ll be out $600.

They may need the help, with more than one million fans scrambling to get their hands on one of the 450,000 tickets available to the initial three Sydney and two Melbourne stadium shows.

Each city was given an extra concert date after the unprecedented demand, with the Eras Tour kicking off its first of seven shows on February 16 in Melbourne and February 23 in Sydney.

The concert covers songs from Ms Swift’s entire discography, with more than 40 songs performed over three-and-a-half hours.
