NEW DELHI: The alertness of a Vistara flight attendant recently helped save the life of a two-year-old girl at Mumbai airport. Kessang Bhutia was at the boarding gate, waiting for an incoming aircraft that was to operate as flight UK 986 to Delhi on September 18, when she heard a group of passengers cry out.
“She saw from a distance an unresponsive and breathless child and immediately went there. She tried to look for a doctor around, but unfortunately there were none. Without losing time, she gave CPR to the child with the help of another crew member, Faizan Khan. Luckily, the baby was revived,” said an airline official.
