Singer Bruce Springsteen has postponed the September’s concert citing health reasons. The postponement of the concert and the health condition of the singer has saddened fans worldwide. The show was supposed to happen at Albany, Pittsburg, Syracuse, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Columbus and Uncasville.
The postponement and health update have been shared on Instagram.The social media post reads:Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band have postponed all performances currently scheduled for September 2023, beginning with tomorrow’s show scheduled for the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, NY. Mr. Springsteen is being treated for symptoms of peptic ulcer disease and the decision of his medical advisors is that he should postpone the remainder of his September shows. Springsteen made the following comment:
“Over here on E Street, we’re heartbroken to have to postpone these shows. First, apologies to our fabulous Philly fans who we missed a few weeks ago. We’ll be back to pick these shows up and then some. Thank you for your understanding and support. We’ve been having a blast at our US shows and we’re looking forward to more great times. We’ll be back soon.

“The postponement means Springsteen will have a two month break to recover before his November 3 show in Vancouver,” Forbes reported.

What is peptic ulcer?

Peptic ulcers are the sores that develop on the stomach lining. These include gastric ulcers which occur in the inside of the stomach and duodenal ulcer that occur on the inside of the duodenum or small intestine.
